Grape varieties: Merlot

From a small, southern-facing Merlot plot, we produce this passito wine. A project born by chance, thanks to increasingly warm harvests with perfectly overripe grapes on the vine.

The name says it all ("Non ce n'è" means "There is none"):
we produce this passito in limited quantities and only in certain, special years.

Pairings: aged cheeses, dark chocolate, desserts, and biscuits
