Tasting notes and food pairing - Romagna Sangiovese Superiore DOP
Color: wine with ruby red color and violet reflections.
Aromas: hints of violet, red fruits and berries, rose blossoms and sweet spices.
Taste: Intense and with a balanced acidity, with crunchy tannins. The notable sapidity is well supported by its structure and the dry ending.
Pairing: Appetizers based on “piadina” and cured meats, or pasta with Bolognese sauce.
