Dracone Riserva - Colli d'Imola Rosso DOP
Dracone Riserva is produced, only in the outstanding vintages, by the harvest of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes, which are usually performed through the month of September.
The grapes are exclusively grown into the vineyards of the property “Palazzona di Maggio”, into the DOC Colli di Imola region.
The making involves a temperature-controlled fermentation and a subsequent post-fermentation skin maceration.
The maturation takes places for 24-30 months into tonneaux oak barrels (500 Lt).
