A wine that demonstrates all the potential of the Bordeaux blend in our territory of notable structure, complexity and elegance. Suitable for a long aged in bottle, from 10 to 15 years and more.

VINIFICATION METHOD
The grapes are vinified through medium-long maceration at a controlled temperature, with daily pumping over.
The wine is aged for at least 24 months in 500-litre oak barrels of first, second and third passage.CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SOIL AND VINEYARD
Our Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot vineyards were planted from 2003 to 2006 for a total of approximately 7 hectares.
The soils are characterised by a medium texture with a prevalence of clay with sand and silt.
The grapes come from the Farnè, Poggio and Quercia estate in the hills of San Pietro di Ozzano Emilia in the province of Bologna in the Doc area
Colli d'Imola at an altitude that varies between 80 and 170 m above sea level
The orientation of the rows varies depending on the plots with a prevalence of north-south.
The favorable microclimate allows us to obtain quality grapes and full-bodied wines characterized by high acidity and freshness.DATA SHEET
