With great honor and pleasure, on Saturday 28/12/2019 we offer you an evening of tasting the wines of the Palazzona di Maggio estate.
Thanks to the presence of the producers it will be possible to taste 4 of their best labels, discovering anecdotes and curiosities that only they can tell us. Their wines will be paired with 4 different gastronomic preparations in order to best enhance their characteristics.
The menu:

– “Maleto” Colli d’Imola Chardonnay PDO 2018
pairing: radichetto salad, pineapple, avocado and crispy bacon.

– “Ulziano” Romagna Sangiovese Superiore DOP 2018
pairing: crouton with mortadella and Parmesan flakes.

– “Dracone” Colli d’Imola Rosso DOP 2015
pairing: tortellino in broth.

– “Dracone” Riserva Colli d’Imola Rosso Riserva Superiore Pairing: cheeses
